Free shipping

Preparing an order for delivery usually takes 1-3 days. We ship orders from Ukraine via registered priority airmail. We will send you a tracking number after we send a parcel so you can track it at http://ukrposhta.ua/en/vidslidkuvati-forma-poshuku while is in Ukraine and at the site of your country's postal service after the parcel crosses the border.

Shipping terms:

  • within Europe — 10-12 days;
  • to USA - 12-16 days;
  • Australia, New Zealand, Africa and Asia — 2-3 weeks.

Express delivery

The shipping takes 7-10 working days. The cost of shipping depends on total weight of a parsel, the minimum fare for shipping one item is $65.

If your order contains more than one item, please contact me and I will tell the total cost of shipping.

Customs clearance

Return policy

We pack all items carefully into the solid box to avoid any risk of deformations while the shipping of an order. If you still receive the item with damage or different from that which you ordered, we will replace it or make a refund.

To return the item you need to:

  • contact us and describe the defect in details;
  • take a photo of a damaged item (if needed);
  • send an item back not later than in 7 days after receiving.

Only the items in an original package that haven't been used can be returned. All items need to have all the documents which were in the pack.

Warranty service

The manufacturers offer free 1 year warranty service for all devices offers at our website. This means that all the repaire works and replacement of spare parts within the warranty term are made for free due to the manufacturer's policy. To get your device repaired you need to send the item back to me.
