Recommendations: Our Chaga Mushroom is dried and you can place in a tea strainer or tea bag to make a tea, or a coffee filter to brew as a coffee. To make into a tea, place 1 tsp. of loose chaga mushroom in a tea bag or tea strainer, pour boiling water over it, and let steep for 10-15 minutes before drinking. To make a coffee, place 1 tsp. per cup of water in your coffee filter and brew as you would coffee. You may also choose to add your loose Chaga Mushroom to a smoothie in a blender, as it may also be eaten raw. Water extraction is still considered ideal.
