Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are possible only if the item you ordered does not meet the description or is defective. Please contact us and we will discuss the details.
We do not provide products for testing or for more detailed familiarization.
So please check all details before purchasing.
Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns under any circumstances.
I have received my order, but the device does not work, how can I return it?
Please contact us for instructions.
Please pack your product carefully.
The products must be returned unworn, unused and in their original packaging including all plastic sleeves, cardboard boxes and covers in new condition and complete with all the documents.
Please provide us the tracking number once you have shipped the products back.
When will I receive money for returned products?
Once the return has been received and verified, we will refund your purchase amount.
Our equipment is warranted for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
During this period, we provide free repair or replacement of the device.
For repairs you need to send the device to us. Be sure to keep the box and the device Certificate. The Certificate is a necessary condition for warranty repairs.
After the expiry of the warranty period, we will help you to solve problems with the device repair and supply of spare parts.
